Pumpkin Latte

Pumpkin spice coffee, done the way a roaster would do it. Medium-roast Colombian beans carry cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and vanilla — warm and rounded, not perfumey. No syrup, no sweetener, no sugar. Just the spices of the season on genuinely good coffee, roasted to order and shipped within two days.
It brews like a proper medium roast: soft body, low bitterness, and enough sweetness of its own that most people drink it black. It also happens to be the easiest way to make a pumpkin spice latte at home that doesn't taste like a candle.
What it tastes like
Baking spice up front — cinnamon and nutmeg leading, clove underneath — with vanilla smoothing the finish. The Colombian base keeps it clean and slightly nutty rather than heavy. The aroma is stronger than the cup, which is exactly what you want in a flavored coffee: your kitchen smells like autumn, your coffee still tastes like coffee.

Common questions
Does pumpkin spice coffee contain real pumpkin?
No — and neither does almost any pumpkin spice product, including the café drinks. "Pumpkin spice" refers to the blend of spices traditionally used in pumpkin pie: cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and ginger. This coffee is flavored with those baking spices plus vanilla. There is no pumpkin in it.
Is it sweetened?
No. There is no added sugar and no sweetener of any kind. The flavoring is applied to the roasted beans, so you control the sweetness in the cup. That makes it very different from a café pumpkin spice latte, which typically carries 30–50g of sugar per drink.
How much caffeine does it have?
The same as any medium-roast coffee — roughly 95mg per 8oz cup. Flavoring doesn't change caffeine content. A decaf version is available if you want the flavor without the lift.
Which grind should I pick?
Choose ground for drip for a drip machine, pour over or French press, ground for cold brew for a coarse cold-steep grind, or whole bean if you grind fresh at home. Not sure? Our coffee grind size guide walks through which grind suits which brew method.
Can I make cold brew with it?
Yes, and it's excellent that way — cold extraction pulls the vanilla and cinnamon forward and softens the spice. Order the cold brew grind and see our guide to cold brew beans.
Is it available year-round?
It's a seasonal roast that runs through autumn. When it sells out for the year, it's gone until the next season.
How to make a pumpkin spice latte at home
Brew it strong — double strength, or pull it as espresso if you have a machine. Steam or froth 6oz of milk, pour it over, and add sweetener only if you want it. Because the spice is already in the bean, you skip the syrup entirely, which is where the sugar in a café version comes from.
Fresh roasted, never warehoused
Every bag is roasted after you order and ships within two days. Grocery-store flavored coffee often sits for months, which is why the spice goes flat and the coffee underneath tastes stale.
