Do I get free shipping? On deliveries of 2 or more bags, yes — the same rule as the rest of the store. If your delivery is a single bag, you still save 15% on it, and standard shipping is calculated at checkout. Most members find that two bags a month works out better on both counts.

Can I cancel or pause? Anytime, in one click. No contracts, no commitments — skip a month, change your order, or cancel whenever you like.

When am I charged? On each delivery date. You'll always get an email before a delivery ships, so nothing is a surprise.

Can I change my coffee or grind? Yes — update your roast, grind, or size for your next delivery anytime from your account.

Is it really fresh? Every club bag is roasted to order and shipped within 2 business days. Nothing is pre-roasted for a shelf.
