Single origin means every bean in the bag comes from one farm, cooperative or growing region — so the cup tastes like somewhere specific instead of like an average.

Our current origins: Colombia Reserve from Colombia, Santos No. II from Brazil, Antigua Estate from Guatemala, Tarrazu Reserve from Costa Rica, and Mandheling Black from Sumatra. Latin American coffees tend toward chocolate, caramel and nuts; the Sumatran runs earthier and fuller-bodied.
