By accessing or placing an order on 2brothersbrew.com, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us E&E 2 Brothers Brew is a family-owned coffee brand operated by Eliesel Perez. We sell premium, fresh-roasted coffee and related products through our online store at 2brothersbrew.com. Contact us at 2brothersbrewee@gmail.com or 561-787-9400.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to place an order. By using this site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Products & Pricing All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time. Product images and descriptions are for reference only; slight variations in color or packaging may occur.

4. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount including applicable taxes and shipping. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping Orders are roasted fresh and shipped within 2 business days. Standard U.S. delivery takes an additional 3–5 business days. We currently ship within the United States only. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns & Refunds Due to the perishable and fresh-roasted nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

7. Purchase Options & Subscriptions Recurring orders (such as the E&E Coffee Club) are billed on a scheduled basis. You may cancel at any time before the next order is processed. See our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy for details.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including the E&E 2 Brothers Brew name, logo, product names, photography, and copy — is owned by E&E 2 Brothers Brew and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability E&E 2 Brothers Brew is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
