Cancellation policy

Purchase Options Cancellation Policy — E&E 2 Brothers Brew™

Cancellation. You may cancel a purchase option (such as a subscription or pre-order) at any time before the next scheduled order is processed. To cancel, contact us at 2brothersbrewee@gmail.com or call 561-787-9400.

Timing. Cancellations requested after an order has already been processed for that billing cycle will take effect on the following cycle. We are unable to cancel or refund orders that have already been roasted and shipped.

Modifications. To change your product selection, quantity, or frequency, contact us at least 2 business days before your next scheduled order date.
