Dark, rich espresso with a thick crema.

This is our espresso roast, built from organic Colombian beans grown around Inzá in the Cauca department. They are fully washed and dried on raised beds — a slower, more labour-intensive process than mechanical drying, and one that produces a cleaner, more consistent bean. Consistency is what espresso demands: an uneven bean pulls unevenly, and you taste it in the shot.

Harvested between October and March at 1,800 to 2,100 meters in the Colombian Massif, then roasted dark enough to stand up to milk without disappearing into it. It pulls a heavy, sweet shot with the crema you would expect from a proper espresso blend — from a single origin.
