My brother Ezequiel and I had been drinking the same grocery store coffee for years. One day he came home with a bag from a local specialty roaster. We brewed it side by side with what we'd been buying, and the difference was almost embarrassing. It wasn't even close.

That afternoon we went down a rabbit hole. Fresh-roasted vs. stale. Single origin vs. commodity blends. Small-batch vs. mass-produced. The more we learned, the more we realized: most people are drinking coffee that was never meant to taste this way.

We decided to do something about it. E&E 2 Brothers Brew was born in Florida — and we've been roasting every order fresh ever since.

We're a small-batch specialty coffee roaster based in Florida. Every order we receive is roasted fresh and shipped within days — not pulled from a warehouse, not sitting on a shelf waiting for someone to buy it.
